About Expert Reiser
Expert Reiser is the company the rest of the group grew out of. Founded in 1984, it adopted the Balslev name in 2023. Corporate travel has been the core business throughout.
The service covers the full cycle: booking, travel policy compliance, changes in transit and reporting afterwards. When a flight is cancelled in Frankfurt, the agency resolves it – not the client's HR department.
The emergency line is free, open around the clock and answered in Norway. At two in the morning that matters more than it sounds.
Incentive trips, conferences and events are run by dedicated project managers from first concept to post-event review. More than 200 events delivered, in over 30 countries.
International reach comes through a partnership with Reed & Mackay and membership of Arrive Agencies – global buying power and local expertise, with account management that stays in Norway.
